Article 1. Designation of the parties. <\/strong><\/p>

This document defines the\nconditions under which the Petite Frenchie is linked to the natural or legal\nperson with whom it treats and is called a “tenant”. <\/p>

Article 2. Content of the services.<\/strong><\/p>

By accepting these general\nconditions of sale, customers expressly declare that the services provided by\nLa Petite Frenchie are passenger transport services in a 2CV car. As a result,\nthe services provided are legally governed by the micro-enterprise of La Petite\nFrenchie. State, as well as by the legal provisions applicable to the contracts\nof transport of passengers in force on the day of the acceptance of these\ngeneral conditions of sale. <\/p>

The transport in 2CV\nincludes the support in a place defined by the client (in the intramural of\nParis) and the return in a place also defined by the client (in the intramural\nof Paris) during the reservation for a maximum of 3 people by 2CV. <\/p>

The direction and the\nreturn are based on the direction when making the reservation to the center of\nParis. <\/p>

La Petite Frenchie\nreserves the right to modify or cancel the proposed excursions if the comfort\nrequires it, the security of the clients or a technical imperative require it.\nThe company is not responsible whatsoever for bottlenecks, delays,\nirregularities, strikes, bad weather, accidents, serious injuries, delays,\ntheft\/loss of objects. <\/p>

Article 3. Reservation\/payment of the deposit. <\/strong><\/p>

The reserve must be accompanied\nby payment of the deposit to 100% of the total service amount which constitutes\na substantial and decisive condition of the reservation. In the absence of\npayment of the deposit, the Petite France does not confirm the reservation and\ndoes not guarantee the availability of the tour. <\/p>

Article 4. Cancellation. <\/strong><\/p>

La Petite Frenchie\nreserves the right to modify or cancel excursions, or a technical imperative\nrequires it. Cancellations made with more than 7 days will not be charged.\nCancellations made 7 days prior to the service will be billed at 50% of the\ntotal amount.
