Article 1. Designation of the parties.
This document defines the conditions under which the Petite Frenchie is linked to the natural or legal person with whom it treats and is called a “tenant”.
Article 2. Content of the services.
By accepting these general conditions of sale, customers expressly declare that the services provided by La Petite Frenchie are passenger transport services in a 2CV car. As a result, the services provided are legally governed by the micro-enterprise of La Petite Frenchie. State, as well as by the legal provisions applicable to the contracts of transport of passengers in force on the day of the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

As such, and to justify compliance with current regulations, the Petite Frenchie declares to have the VTC permit for public transport of passengers against a valid certificate. Certificate of physical Fitness prefecture to conduct category “B” driving licence.

The Petite Frenchie also benefits from compulsory legal guarantees for passenger transport contracts and declares the following warranties:

The transport in 2CV includes the support in a place defined by the client (in the intramural of Paris) and the return in a place also defined by the client (in the intramural of Paris) during the reservation for a maximum of 3 people by 2CV.
The direction and the return are based on the direction when making the reservation to the center of Paris.
La Petite Frenchie reserves the right to modify or cancel the proposed excursions if the comfort requires it, the security of the clients or a technical imperative require it. The company is not responsible whatsoever for bottlenecks, delays, irregularities, strikes, bad weather, accidents, serious injuries, delays, theft/loss of objects.
Article 3. Reservation/payment of the deposit.
The reserve must be accompanied by payment of the deposit to 100% of the total service amount which constitutes a substantial and decisive condition of the reservation. In the absence of payment of the deposit, the Petite France does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of the tour.
Article 4. Cancellation.
La Petite Frenchie reserves the right to modify or cancel excursions, or a technical imperative requires it. Cancellations made with more than 7 days will not be charged. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service will be billed at 50% of the total amount. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the service will be billed at 100% of the total amount.
